Define Occupation Types

OBJECTIVE

The Define Occupation Types function is used to create sub-categories used in Invoice Preparation (W/O).

The occupation type must be associated with an employee using Employee Management in Time Management.

In Invoicing Contract W/O, you must specify the NOTYPE code in the Salary field in the Product section.

Steps

Create an occupation type

  1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Number field.

 

Field

Description

Number

Used to identify the occupation type code.

Name

Name that identifies the occupation type.

  1. Click Save.
